About the Opportunity As an Automotive Service Advisor, you're the first point of contact for our valued customers, setting the tone for their entire experience. You'll play a crucial role in:

Customer Engagement:

Greeting customers warmly, listening to their needs, and accurately scheduling service appointments.

Service Expertise:

Preparing accurate estimates and invoices, explaining repairs clearly, and securing approval for additional necessary work.

Problem Solving:

Checking vehicle progress, addressing customer questions, and collaborating with technicians to ensure top-tier service.

Sales & Solutions:

Identifying and selling appropriate services to meet client needs, overcoming objections, and closing sales with confidence. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone with: A genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding customer service. An excellent work ethic and a commitment to quality. Proven sales skills , including the ability to overcome objections and close deals. Strong organizational and typing skills. A desire to learn and grow within our company. Previous sales or advisor experience is required. A valid driver's license. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, detail-oriented, achievement-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
