$30- $37/hour on W2 Job Summary The Sr. Customer Service Specialist supports the development and growth of business by engaging clients and utilizing the full capabilities of the organization. This position provides thorough solutions and alternatives in response to incoming telephone calls and written correspondence from clients, financial advisors, branch office administrators, and internal associates. The ideal candidate will deliver accurate, complete, and timely service while partnering with internal teams to make it easy for branches and clients to conduct business. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, products, services, and capabilities to effectively support clients. Work independently while demonstrating resourcefulness and collaborating effectively within a team environment. Exercise sound judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Provide exceptional customer service through strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Demonstrate patience, empathy, professionalism, and a calm approach when handling clients in a fast-paced environment. Manage multiple priorities and tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain strong dependability, punctuality, organization, and adaptability. Handle incoming telephone calls and written correspondence professionally and encourage productive client dialogue. Partner with Financial Advisors to support business plans and deliver against established client service models. Support marketing initiatives by maintaining marketing materials, digital and social media platforms, and assisting with client events and seminars. Participate actively in training and professional development programs and remain current on company policies, procedures, strategic priorities, and new platforms. Attend scheduled field service, professional development, and training calls. Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, including: Telephone coverage Business travel arrangements Coordination of client meetings Preparation of travel and expense reports File and calendar maintenance Proactively participate in firm initiatives and other responsibilities assigned by local management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Prior customer service experience required. Prior experience within the financial services industry preferred. Strong typing and data-entry skills. Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and client-service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone and engaging in professional dialogue. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, resolve conflicts, and provide effective solutions. Highly dependable, punctual, adaptable, and professional.
Pay:
$30.00 - $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
