Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support & Marketing Intern to join the team at Siemens EDA. The ideal student will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction through strategic marketing initiatives. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting with webinar operations, curating content for email newsletters, reporting on marketing initiatives, and overseeing workflow across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Webinar Operations Assist with the production and management of webinar operations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of webinars. Monitor and optimize webinar performance to enhance audience engagement. Content Curation and Email Newsletters Source relevant content and insights to build engaging email newsletters targeted at Siemens customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain approval on newsletter content. Execute timely and effective distribution of newsletters to the target audience. Reporting and Analytics Track and analyze the performance of customer marketing initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports providing insights into key metrics and areas for improvement. Contribute to the development of future marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. Workflow Management Assist with the management of workflows across various customer marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and optimize project efficiency.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Comfortable working in a fully remote environment within the United States of America preferably either in Wilsonville, OR or Santa Clara, CA. Strong desire to work in marketing communications with a focus on customer marketing. Foundational experience with producing webinars in a corporate setting, using tools such as ON24, Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar or equivalent. Familiar with producing and launching professional email newsletters, using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Braze or equivalent. Understanding of data compliance environment (eg. GDPR), as it relates to email marketing. Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Entry level project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. $18 $50
