Position SummaryAs a Student Customer Service Representative, youll be the friendly face customers rely on every day. Youll help people with their money, make sure transactions are accurate, and recommend services that can help them meet their goals. Its a great way to learn about banking, customer service, and teamwork while building your professional skills.

•The typical schedule will be occasional part-time (10-20 hours/week) during the school year & part-time/full-time (30-40 hours/week) during the Summer.

What Youll Do:

Help customers understand their financial optionsRecommend bank products based on customer needsGreet and assist customers with a positive, friendly attitudeProcess everyday banking transactionscashing checks, making deposits, and withdrawalsWork closely with your teammates to keep the branch running smoothly
