Job Summary We are seeking a Tier 1 Tech Support professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting customers with software licensing and registration questions. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of technical support or office-based customer service experience who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and helping customers get accurate answers quickly. - Assist customers with basic software licensing and registration questions by phone and email.
- Verify customer information and follow established processes to resolve inquiries accurately.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries within a 24-hour business period.
- Document customer interactions clearly and include all relevant details needed for resolution.
- Learn new product, licensing, and support information quickly to improve customer service.
- Organize daily tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Compensation and Benefits

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Location:

- Provide Tier 1 technical support for software licensing and registration inquiries.
- Manage customer requests through phone and email support channels.
- Verify customer information and follow support procedures to resolve issues.
- Maintain timely, accurate responses within required service timeframes.
- 1 or more years of technical support experience preferred.
- 1 or more years of experience in an office environment preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to produce quality work with minimal wasted effort.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure important information is not missed.
- Ability to include all pertinent information needed to respond accurately to customer inquiries.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and absorb new information.
- Willingness to ask questions to improve understanding of processes and concepts.
- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting customers in a software, SaaS, or technology environment.
- Experience handling customer inquiries through both email and phone.
- Familiarity with software licensing, registration, or account support processes.
