This position includes the following responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone or email. Process customer requests for quotes, orders, returns, and order changes accurately and efficiently. Coordinate order flow with the purchasing and shipping departments. Communicate order acknowledgements, lead times, and shipment updates. Respond to all customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, shipping information, and account questions. Resolve order issues and work proactively to meet customer expectations. Maintain accurate customer records within the existing ERP system. Manage quote information regarding contact information. Follow up on orders and estimates with customers and prospects.
