This position focuses on contacting existing patients who receive incontinence supplies, confirming their ongoing needs, updating information, and helping coordinate their recurring orders. This is a high-volume outbound calling position, not cold-call sales. The right candidate will be comfortable speaking with patients about sensitive healthcare needs while remaining professional, respectful, and patient. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing patients regarding their recurring incontinence supply orders Confirm product needs, quantities, contact information, insurance information, and delivery details Enter orders and accurately document every patient interaction Follow established recall schedules and complete required daily follow-up Answer incoming telephone calls as needed Learn and use Brightree and other office systems Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, coworkers, and healthcare offices Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements Meet established expectations for call volume, completed contacts, documentation, and orders Assist with other general office responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred Previous experience in a medical office, call center, customer service, insurance, pharmacy, or healthcare setting is preferred General office and administrative skills Comfortable using computers, office software, telephone systems, and data-entry programs Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills Accurate, organized, and able to follow a detailed process Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the workday Able to discuss personal healthcare needs with sensitivity and professionalism Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Attendance and Reliability Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Candidates must maintain a dependable Monday-through-Friday schedule, arrive on time, and complete assigned shifts. Reliable transportation to our East Providence office is required.
