Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling garments with care, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily store activities. Your role will involve interacting with customers, managing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Receive, tag, and inspect garments and items for dry cleaning, alterations, and repairs Handle and process garments with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service Perform fittings for customers desiring clothing alterations [training provided] Optional Responsibilies depending on candidate skills: Operate dry cleaning and laundry machines, following proper procedures and safety guidelines Perform minor garment repairs and alterations as needed

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Attention to detail and the ability to handle garments with care Initiative Basic sewing skills are a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
