Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Administrative & Client Support Coordinator to join our small team. This role is essential to our daily operations and the development of our internal infrastructure during a period of growth and transition. Working under the guidance of the Executive Director, you will balance administrative management with direct client care.Key Responsibilities Client Support & Advocacy Direct Client Assistance:
Guide clients through basic needs assessments, application forms, and critical housing documentation.Trauma-Informed Care:
Interact with individuals experiencing homelessness using a compassionate, person-centered approach.Program Tracking:
Monitor and document client progress and outcomes related to housing re-entry and support services.Digital Systems & Database Management CRM Implementation:
Spearhead the ongoing build-out, testing, and deployment of the organization's new client relationship management (CRM) database.Data Integration:
Enter, manage, and maintain accurate records across client, donor, and program tracking systems.Workflow Documentation:
Map out and document internal procedures and administrative workflows to support long-term sustainability and succession planning.Operations & Office Administration Daily Coordination:
Support daily office operations, maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.Executive Liaison:
Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to execute organizational goals and administrative tasks.Qualifications Salesforce & Database Management Salesforce Implementation:
Spearhead the ongoing build-out, customization, and deployment of the organization's Salesforce CRM database.Data Integration:
Enter, manage, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records across client, donor, and program tracking data within Salesforce .Workflow Documentation:
Map out and document internal procedures and Salesforce workflows to support long-term sustainability and succession planning.Professional Experience Vulnerable Populations:
Prior experience working directly with homeless, housing-insecure, or high-risk populations is strongly preferred.Non-Profit Workflow:
Understanding of non-profit tracking, donor relations, or social service administration is a plus.Core Competencies Adaptability:
Ability to quickly master a wide range of responsibilities and adapt to a rapidly changing operational environment.Crisis Management:
Proven ability to remain calm, flexible, and compassionate when working under pressure or handling sensitive client situations.Communication:
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.Position Details Location:
