As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting guests with inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide prompt assistance with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Promote hotel amenities and upsell services to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Process reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations and providing local information
• Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Experience with cash register operations is a plus
• Knowledge of electronics sales, jewelry sales, appliance sales, or grocery store operations is beneficial
