Customers need someone who can explain those differences clearly and help them make sense of what is available. Navimark Elite is hiring an AT&T Associate to help customers explore AT&T services and find options that fit their needs. You'll build knowledge of AT&T products, plans, and promotions so you can answer questions and guide customers through their choices. Some conversations may involve comparing wireless plans or devices; others may focus on internet service, upgrades, or getting a new account started. You'll help customers understand their options, support the enrollment process, and contribute to the store's sales goals. What You'll Do Learn the features and differences between AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, and internet services. Help customers compare available options based on their questions and needs. Explain promotions and product details in clear, straightforward language. Assist with new service enrollments, device upgrades, and account changes. Respond to customer questions and seek guidance when additional product knowledge is needed. Maintain professional customer interactions while working toward sales goals. What Will Help You Succeed Interest in phones, wireless service, internet, or consumer technology. Clear communication and the ability to explain information simply. A customer-focused approach and willingness to keep learning. Dependability, professionalism, and comfort working toward goals. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Product Training and Growth You'll receive hands-on training on AT&T services and ongoing coaching as you build product knowledge and customer-facing experience. Performance-based incentives are available, and you'll develop skills in product education, communication, and sales.
