We are an independent property and casualty Insurance Agency representing multiple insurance carriers. We provide insurance for local businesses, residential and commercial properties, personal and commercial autos, and recreational products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support. It is essential to maintain accurate records and data entry utilizing our agency management systems. This role also may include administrative duties providing support to the agency's operations and workflow. Responsibilities and Expectations Provide outstanding service to our clients with appropriate etiquette providing empathy, patience, and guidance. Proper organization and close attention to detail. Client account servicing through various channels, including phone calls, in person, and emails. This includes billing and claims handling, as well as communication with insurance carrier representatives. Record and maintain accurate data entry. Build knowledge of insurance and policy language providing accurate and thorough support to clients and producers. Assist in retaining accounts to preserve our Agency's overall stability and growth. Qualifications Experience in customer service or client services. Insurance industry experience, and those licensed in property and casualty preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, general typing and computer skills. Attention to detail for accurate data entry. Ability to handle payment and billing transactions responsibly. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
