Client Service Associate, Institutional Client Group

Job Description:

The Role The Client Service Associate is a key member of the Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Account Executive team—an experienced group of client service professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service to the institutional investor marketplace. In this role, you will manage new client implementation events across multiple distribution channels, partnering with teams across the organization to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate effectively to support and service institutional clients. The Expertise and Skills You Bring You bring proven experience building and managing relationships with complex clients and internal partners. You excel in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and communicate complex information clearly—both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry; client-facing experience preferred Strong interest in investments and institutional clients Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Series 7 and 63 may be required after hire (not required at the outset)

Client Service Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
