Shift Differential Available! CVETS, Columbia Veterinary Emergency Trauma and Specialty, is a 6-year-old rapidly growing Specialty/Emergency hospital looking to add highly experienced, career-minded business professionals to our Client Service team. Our brand new 9,000-square-foot facility opened in May of 2018 and is growing rapidly. By the end of 2023, we expanded, adding an additional 20,000 square feet to our beautiful hospital. The facility includes a dedicated ICU, multiple operating rooms, a radiology suite, dedicated facilities for endoscopy, chemotherapy administration, and special procedures, ultrasound, a 16-slice CT scan, on-site MRI, and support by multiple additional specialists (24-hour emergency, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, surgery, dermatology, cardiology, dentistry, neurology, rehabilitation, and radiology). The hospital is located on the northeast side of Columbia, South Carolina

Schedule:

8 hr and 10 hr shifts available Days, evenings, and nights required Holiday rotational annual schedule Overtime One weekend day per week required

Education:

High school or equivalent required Higher education preferred

Experience/Requirements:

Veterinary Experience is required. Those without veterinary experience will not be considered.

Veterinary experience:

6 months (required) Customer service experience: 1 year (required) EzyVet, VetRadar, or similar software experience (preferred) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (required) Excellent phone etiquette and client service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain a professional bearing in highly emotional, sensitive, and stressful situations Ability to commute/relocate: Columbia, SC 29223: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
