Customer Service Representative (HVAC Appointment Scheduler)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with service inquiries, and schedule appointments for HVAC services. This role is critical in delivering a positive customer experience while ensuring efficient coordination between customers and service technicians. Service Titan experience along with some HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
