Tuition Reimbursement Program Employee Assistance Program Requirements:
Must be able to type 50+ WMP, work flexible hours, dependable, professional customer service skills, experience with office equipment, personal computer, copier, fax, scanner, calculator and fax machine.
Position Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, faxes and emails pertaining to customer questions Take pickup requests Enter rate requests on behalf of customers Investigate all overages, shortages and damages to determine the cause and responsibility so that future occurrences may be prevented Reimburse customers for damage to or loss of freight through claim process Perform other work related duties as requested

Job Requirements High School education or equivalent Good, tactful communications skills-verbal and written. Self-motivated and positive attitude. Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
