Your responsibilities

• Handle complex inbound inquiries and resolve service issues or complaints across various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
• Utilize a ticketing system or crm to accurately log, track, and manage all customer requests and interactions from initiation to final resolution
• Perform basic account management tasks, including processing returns, exchanges, refunds, or service upgrades/downgrades
• Strictly adhere to all client policies and service level agreements (slas), ensuring detailed and accurate record-keeping of all support provided
• Quickly master new product information, service processes, and customer retention strategies for various short-term mandates.

You are expected to dress, groom, and always have proper hygiene. 2. Company standard is and always has been always project a conservative and professional image. 3. Arrive at work in clean clothing with a non-offensive odor while you will be working closely with others. 5. Staff must always wear closed toe and closed heel footwear. 7. Hats with bills e.g. baseball caps; sweatshirts with hoods; sweatpants, shorts, tank tops, halter-tops, cropped or midriff-baring tops are prohibited. 8. T-shirts are allowed daily if they are without offensive logos, rips or holes. 9. Jeans without rips or holes are allowed daily.
