Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Service Writer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is knowledgeable, customer focused, and able to work efficiently in a high volume, family friendly shop. Pay will be based on experience. Paid time off. Paid Holidays off!

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Write and manage repair orders from start to finish Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended repairs Communicate effectively with customers and technicians Manage shop workflow and keep repairs moving efficiently Handle customer questions and concerns professionally Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive shop environment

Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years of automotive service writing experience

NAPA TRACS
