This position is designed for parents who want to work while their children are in school while still being available for morning drop-offs, afternoon pick-ups, family dinners, and evenings at home.

Position Requirements:

Available to work 11:00 AM-2:00 PM Available at least 3 days per week Reliable, friendly, and ready to serve our guests with excellence As a Front of House Team Member, you will welcome and greet guests, take orders at the front counter or in the drive-thru, assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant, follow health and sanitation guidelines, and help ensure every guest leaves with a smile. No restaurant experience is necessary — we'll teach you everything you need to know! REQUIREMENTS

Welcome and assist customers during the parent shift with a friendly, positive attitude Help take and deliver orders accurately and promptly during lunch rushes Answer customer questions and resolve common issues with patience and professionalism Communicate clearly with team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment Follow Chick-fil-A service standards, food safety practices, and store policies Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when needed Maintain a clean and organized dining area and support team setup and cleanup Be reliable and available for scheduled parent-shift hours, including some weekends if required Work well as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities throughout the lunch period Must be available 3 shifts a week.
