Primary Responsibilities You will ensure a friendly customer experience is provided in every interaction You will gain a detailed working knowledge of the La-Z-Boy and Tipperary Sales warranties, La-Z-Boy furniture as well as other products or services offered by Tipperary Sales You will ensure all requests and complaints are addressed in a timely manner and the client is kept informed of progress and final resolution You will problem-solve to determine the proper course of action needed with each customer issue.
