What You'll Do Manage and retain an existing book of business while supporting continued growth and profitability. Build lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty insurance solutions. Work closely with insurance carriers and fellow team members to provide outstanding service and timely solutions. Help ensure every client receives the attention and protection they deserve. What We're Looking For 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred. Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain one). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with a passion for helping others. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
