Facility & Customer Service Leader

Our Facility & Customer Service Leader is the quarterback of our business. S/he organizes the goings-on, answers calls and emails, makes reservations, checks dogs and customers in and out, cleans rooms and our facility, organizes the rest of the staff, and makes sure everyone is on the same page. Does a bit of everything. About 45% admin and customer service, 40% cleaning, and 15% walking dogs in and out, giving baths, etc. Successful candidates are super friendly and helpful to people, professional, reliable with a strong work ethic, and willing to go the extra mile to give our guests and customers exceptional care. An aptitude for detail, organization, and computers is a must. This job is highly physical , so candidates in poor physical health or condition may not hold up. Candidates with leadership skill and self-confidence tend to do well but those prone to worry and anxiety do not. Work experience with pets is a big plus. We work 10-hour shifts. A full-time employe can work four days per week. A 40-hour person four days, a 30-hour person three days, and so on. Work days are likely to include weekends. If your workday falls on a holiday, you'd work that day (major holidays are paid at time and a half). Pay begins at $16/hour and increases to $18 in $.50 increments as you demonstrate increasing competence. How fast your pay increases is up to you.
