Job Description

Candidate will service our existing group health book of business, life insurance customers, and medicare supplement clients in any changes and/or forms they will need. Great phone skills and customer service is a MUST. Alot of Medicare service work helping clients with accounts, and pharmacy benefits. Medical or Pharmacy (rx) background would be preferred but not required. Must be a team player and be willing to jump in where needed as we are a full service insurance agency with multiple lines of business. This is a full time position, with full benefits.
