Overview Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Pay:
$16-$20 per hour plus monthly bonus once licensed | Blountville, TN 37617 | In-Person We're looking for a customer service agent (CSA) who genuinely enjoys helping people. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers—answering questions, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. The ideal CSA is patient, a strong communicator, and naturally skilled at problem-solving. You'll gather valuable customer feedback and consistently deliver excellent service that drives satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and care Identify customer needs and provide accurate product/service information Resolve complaints and issues promptly, offering practical solutions and following up to ensure resolution Build trust and long-term relationships through clear, friendly communication Generate sales leads and work toward personal and team sales targets and call-handling goals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies Go the extra mile to create positive customer experiences What We're Looking For Experienced Property & Casualty licensed agent (Preferred) Will provide training for non-licensed person Proven customer support or client service experience Strong phone skills and active listening ability Familiarity with CRM systems Customer-oriented mindset with the flexibility to work with different personality types Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets High school diploma or equivalent
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
