Responsibilities :

Verify customers identity and scan documents into the required database Perform basic maintenance and trouble shoot any issues on equipment Complete required biometric and data capture processes on all customers Track processing time and ensure applicants are processed in order Capture quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures Additional tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile :

Must have a high school diploma Must provide a high level or customer service to internal and external customers 1+ years of experience in customer facing customer service roles Must be a US Citizen Must be able to pass an extensive and comprehensive background screening - This job is In-Person.

Pay Range:
