SERVICE ADVISOR
to join our team at
FRIENDSHIP HONDA
of BOONE! Our ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and enjoy working with people!
What You'll Do:
Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services Monitor the service process and update customers frequently Communicate completed services and charges to customers Verify invoices and repair orders Assist Service Manager as needed
Qualification Checklist:
A strong focus on providing the best customer service around Excellent communication skills, both written and in person The ability to work well in a process-driven environment The desire to work in a fast paced position A focus on detail and organization A professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this position is driven by incentives and commission and includes guaranteed monthly income.
