Customer Experience Representative Description:
Answering incoming phone calls Making outbound customer service follow up calls and appointment confirmation calls Working outbound Manifest List Calls Monthly Trained on our Loaner department Welcoming guests into the dealership Cross-Trained on Cashier responsibilities Filing Hours Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm and every other Saturday 8am-2pm Closed on Sundays!Requirements:
