The Role:

Strategic Leader & Mission Champion As our Shop Manager, you are the face of the company and the primary driver of our culture. You will lead by example, managing both the front-of-house customer experience and the back-of-house workflow efficiency.

Leadership & Accountability:

Lead the staff to meet sales objectives while holding every team member to our high standards and policies.

Relationship Management:

Proactively prevent service issues and skillfully turn challenges into opportunities to strengthen client loyalty.

Operational Mastery:

Realistic annual potential between $85,000 and $150,000 .

Table Proven Leadership:

Operational Stamina:
