HUBNER Manufacturing Corp. is in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Please see below information related to this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management Process sales orders in SAP for incoming customer purchase orders Verify pricing according to contracts and provide lead times for accurate order confirmation Consistent maintenance of sales order data in SAP based on updated customer order reports Ensure that invoices are promptly sent to customers and uploaded into customer portals, as needed Customer Support Develop strong relationship with customer procurement team to ensure overall customer satisfaction Act as the "daily" face to the customer, addressing questions and concerns Supports After Sales and Service by coordinating returns, replacements, and service requests as needed Internal Coordination and Communication Relays customer expectations to internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Quality, Production, Finance, etc.) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely feedback and order fulfilment Plan and prioritize activities, with the support of internal teams as needed towards achieving highest customer satisfaction As needed, escalates customer concerns to the appropriate Key Account Manager, and/or management team for prompt reaction Required Education and Experience Level for
Position:
Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years inside sales experience and experience supporting sales activities
Special Skills/Qualifications Needed:
Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Experience in the manufacturing industry Ability to communicate in a professional manner Thorough, detail-oriented approach Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Excel Travel Periodic travel may be necessary to Hubner's location in Mount Pleasant, SC.
