Customer Service Representative Job Summary:

The Farm Bureau Insurance office in Franklin (Berry Farms) is in search of a Customer Service Representative. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m

• 4:30 p.m. Expectations include providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with policy changes, billing, new business requests, as well as additional support to the agency manager. Self-motivation with an attention to detail is a must, and previous insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• This position does not offer health insurance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
