Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Jet Ski Operator to join our team. This role involves transporting jet skis and related equipment safely and efficiently within a marina, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the delivery process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving watercraft, inventory operations, dealing with rental agreements, and handling heavy or bulky items. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion outdoor recreation. Duties Provide safety briefings to customers Safely transport jet skis as needed Load and unload jet skis using appropriate equipment, ensuring secure handling of all items Conduct routine inspections before and after deliveries to maintain safety standards Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries AND business partners Assist with organization, inventory management, and preparation of items Handle heavy lifting and moving tasks safely, adhering to safety protocols at all times Maintain accurate documentation Comply with all maritime laws and company policies Qualifications Must have a valid boaters license Proven experience with watercraft Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving tasks safely and efficiently Familiarity with backing up a trailer Reliable transportation with the ability to work flexible hours Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
