Customer Service Representative (Auto Body Shop)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at a busy auto body shop. The ideal candidate will be energetic, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude and maintain a positive, engaging presence Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in person and answering the phone Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Follow directions accurately and complete assigned duties in a timely manner Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist customers with basic questions related to auto body repair services Checking in customers vehicles, meaning you will be in and out of other people's vehicles. (If you have allergies, germaphobe, etc. - this is not a position for you!) Scanning invoices, making files, collecting insurance information, emailing and filing are daily tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Open to constructive feedback and willing to learn and improve Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with auto body repair processes and shop environments preferred Basic computer operation Must own a smart phone for our business app Valid drivers license

Schedule:
