Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their garment cleaning needs, providing exceptional service with a positive attitude Operate garment care machines such as pressing machines and dry cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Process cash transactions accurately while managing cash handling procedures and cashiering responsibilities Perform garment finishing tasks including pressing, garment care, and fabric handling to ensure high-quality results Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to cleaning detergents protocols and workspace maintenance standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of garments and equipment, ensuring safety at all times Manage laundry services including sorting, processing, and delivering clean garments promptly Skills Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest-focused service standards Strong knowledge of garment care techniques including dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, and fabric care knowledge Proficiency in operating pressing machines, garment care machines, and other related equipment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers Familiarity with cleaning procedures using appropriate detergents and maintaining a clean workspace Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of garments or equipment when necessary This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to deliver top-tier customer experiences while honing their skills in garment care operations.
