We are looking for professional sales and mangement oriented individuals that perform well with properly aligned incentive programs. We are a sales first organization with performance minimums that must be met for continued employment. The position acts as the frontline representative for customers, managing rentals, inquiries, payments, and facility access to deliver exceptional service and support revenue growth through unit sales, add-ons, and truck rentals at participating locations. Must be willing to drive up to 26ft Penske rental trucks for repositioning and refueling. Weekly hours scheduled are determined by performance. Starting pay is $14 per hour with performance incentive pay that can add up to an additional $6 per hour based on 30 hours worked per week in a 4 week month.
