Dispatcher (Full-Time)

Shift:

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Rotating Fireman Schedule)

Location:

In-Person and 12:30pm to 12:30am also rotating.. Starting pay $17.50 per hour We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our fast-paced operations team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating drivers, managing routes, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth daily workflow. • 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Rotating Fireman Schedule (includes weekends and holidays) Key Responsibilities
• Assign and dispatch jobs efficiently to drivers
• Monitor job progress to ensure on-time completion
• Maintain constant communication with drivers
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
• Enter and update data accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets
• Problem-solve in real time and make sound operational decisions
• Maintain professionalism in all phone and email communication
• Pull, process, and ship warehouse parts accurately and efficiently Requirements
• 1-2 years of dispatch experience preferred
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
