Job Description
The Customer Service Representative provides professional support to customers and the sales team, managing order inquiries, lead times, order review, documentation, and customer communication from initial contact through order fulfillment. Responsibilities include responding to phone/email inquiries within two hours; tracking order status, shipment ETAs, tracking, packing slips and invoices; reviewing quotes and purchase orders; creating quotes and entering domestic/international sales orders; maintaining customer reports; processing return inquiries through the RMA inbox; and assisting accounts receivable. Requires 2+ years of customer-service experience, Outlook/Word/Excel proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED.
