Job Overview New Day Insurance is growing, and we are hiring an Inside Sales Agent to join our team. This role is for someone who loves helping people and hitting sales goals. You will work our existing clients: handle service, find coverage gaps, and cross-sell what they are missing. Success is taking great care of our clients while growing and retaining the book. Responsibilities Handle customer service from start to finish, providing exceptional service Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell additional products to better protect customers Educate customers so they fully understand and feel confident in their coverage. Execute proactive follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and protect retention. Follow agency processes on every service and sales call.
