Critter Wranglers Wildlife & Pest Control 15-16/hour + Performance Bonuses & Commission Opportunities Full-Time | In-Office Position We're Growing — Come Grow With Us! Critter Wranglers is a locally owned, family-owned pest and wildlife control company serving the Greater Knoxville area. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for another great person to join our small, close-knit office team. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized and takes pride in doing things right. Pest control experience is NOT required. We'll teach you our industry, services and systems. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic and ability to learn. What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with and an important part of their experience with Critter Wranglers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner Listening to customers and helping determine which of our services they need Scheduling appointments and services Explaining our pest and wildlife services to new and existing customers Communicating appointment information and schedule changes Entering detailed and accurate notes into our customer management system Following up with customers regarding estimates, services and open requests Working closely with our technicians and office team Helping customers resolve questions and concerns Identifying opportunities for additional services when appropriate Assisting with general office and administrative responsibilities Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy talking with and helping people Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Are friendly and professional, even when a customer is frustrated Are organized and detail-oriented Can handle multiple tasks without losing track of the details Are comfortable using computers and learning new software Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Are dependable and show up ready to contribute Enjoy working as part of a small team Want an opportunity to learn and grow with a company Previous customer service or office experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. We can teach the rest. This is an in-office, non-remote position . Reliable transportation is required, and candidates must be able to pass a background check. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
