Job Summary:

The position of Guest Services Representative is responsible for checking Inn guests in and out of their rooms. They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has an enjoyable experience at the Inn. A few of the main duties of a Guest Service Agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions,answering any phone calls, recommending activities, shopping venues and restaurants to guests. General Responsibilities Provide warm welcome and great service to all guestsPerform all check-in and check-out tasksManage online and phone reservationsCommunicate with the housekeeping and facilities departments to ensure prompt responses to guests' needsLiaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests need Specific Responsibilities Use hotel software systems as per Aatmos Standard Operating Procedures.

Provide exceptional service to all guests at all times.

Convert and upsell walk in guests by informing guests of the propertys valueInform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card dataRegister guests collecting necessary information (i.e., contact details and exact dates of their stay)Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign roomsProvide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenitiesRespond to clients complaints in a prompt and professional mannerConfirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guestsMaintain updated records of bookings and paymentsReport any accidents or injuries to senior management staff immediately
