Off-Road Gatlinburg About the Role We are seeking a Level 2 Technician to perform advanced repairs and diagnostics within a high-volume off-road UTV rental company. Our side-by-side vehicles operate daily in demanding terrain and require consistent, disciplined maintenance to ensure guest safety and machine reliability. This is a structured shop environment with clear expectations and defined standards. We coach and develop professionals who are committed to sharpening their craft. Responsibilities Perform mechanical repairs on side-by-side (UTV) vehicles Diagnose issues thoroughly before recommending part replacement Follow torque specifications and safety standards strictly Reduce repeat repairs and protect fleet readiness Work within assigned repair schedules Maintain detailed documentation Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable mechanical experience Demonstrated ability to perform repairs independently Working knowledge of diagnostic procedures Experience with powersports, UTVs, or off-road equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and professionalism We operate with clear accountability and consistent expectations, and we support technicians who take ownership of their work.
