ZTN Executives excited to open our doors to a dedicated Customer Service Representative individual for our team! Customer Service Representative :
Engage collaboratively with experienced team members to learn how to effectively present and sell our fundraising products and services to customers. Shadow and assist senior associates in customer-facing interactions, understanding the nuances of building donor relationships and product sales. Support the cultivation of long-term relationships with donors and partners, learning best practices in customer service and retention. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops to absorb critical fundraising knowledge. Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and campaign progress, contributing to our collective data integrity. Collaborate on strategic initiatives to support our charitable clients, gaining hands-on experience in campaign execution. Provide support to various departments as needed, fostering a holistic understanding of our operations and impact.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Strong desire to learn fundraising and account management. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Team player with a supportive attitude toward shared goals. Empathetic and genuinely interested in charitable causes and community impact. Openness to feedback and proactive continuous self-improvement. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools.
