Job Description

Customer Service is responsible for organizing and coordinating the scheduling of the Punchlist technicians for warranty related work, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are completed on time and in compliance with warranty terms. A Warranty Scheduler ensures that all warranty service calls are efficiently scheduled, completed, and documented, acting as a liaison between customers, Punchlist to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Punch for warranty service calls, ensuring coverage for all scheduled jobs Coordinate to arrange to have material and equipment needed for warranty work Track warranty claims in Airtable and ensure all service work is documented accurately in the company's system Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times, provide updates on claim status, and address any scheduling changes Manage invoicing and any documentation for warranty jobs, ensuring accurate invoicing and warranty compliance Follow up on denied or rejected claims and resubmit as necessary to secure payment for completed work Maintain accurate records of all warranty related activities, including parts used, punch assignments, and customer correspondence Stay updated on any changes that may affect scheduled work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or office administration in home services or a similar field Proficiency in computer software Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple appointments and coordinate with Punchlist and customers Detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Customer service orientation to handle inquiries and resolve scheduling issues professionally Have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to de-escalate a situation if need be
