Warranty Representative Grand Homes - 3.6 Addison, TX Job Details Full-time 18 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description About the Role The Warranty Representative manages homeowner warranty service requests and coordinates repairs from start to finish. This position works with homeowners, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely service, quality repairs, and homeowner satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Homeowner & Warranty Service Conduct Buyer Orientations and scheduled homeowner Courtesy Visits. Receive, document, and manage homeowner service requests. Review requests against closing dates and the warranty manual to determine coverage. Coordinate repair work with homeowners, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and trades. Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure repairs meet Grand Homes' quality standards. Complete service requests within seven (7) calendar days. Maintain accurate service records and update Corrigo daily. Communicate non-warrantable items and required documentation to the appropriate parties. Scheduling & Administration Schedule homeowner appointments and repair work. Maintain service request documentation and required paperwork. Enter appointments into Outlook and ensure completed requests are properly closed. Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely completion of repairs. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization, scheduling, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple service requests and deadlines. Ability to effectively coordinate with homeowners, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel. Residential construction, warranty, or home services experience preferred. Work Environment Work is performed within assigned communities and residential homes, with regular interaction with homeowners, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and trades. The position requires homeowner visits, inspections, and coordination of repair work. What Success Looks Like Service requests are completed within the required seven-day timeframe. Homeowners receive timely and professional service. Repairs meet Grand Homes' quality standards. Warranty documentation and Corrigo records are accurate and current.
