Inside Customer Service Rep - Business-to-Business

Brite Star Uniforms is seeking an inside B2B Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for effectively working with new and existing accounts to build and maintain strong customer relationships. In this role, the representative will receive and respond to incoming customer service phone calls and emails, demonstrate unsurpassed customer service by promptly addressing day-to-day customer requests, perform data entry tasks involved in our B2B industry specific software, and prepare reports / audits for our B2B accounts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma; three to four years of experience in business-to-business customer service and/or a college degree are preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with customers Excellent communication skills - telephone, written and face-to-face.
