Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming client appointments, managing reschedules and cancellations, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also follow up with clients after treatments, assist with retail sales, and maintain accurate records using our management software. This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time work while contributing positively to clients' experiences. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, eager to learn about our services and products, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm client appointments efficiently. Reschedule appointments and handle cancellations or no-shows professionally. Collect client information and accurately input data into the management software. Process payments for session packages and retail purchases. Follow up with clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and schedule future appointments. Assist clients with retail product information and current promotions. Greet clients warmly and check them into the system. Communicate regularly with clients in person, via phone, email, or messaging platforms. Conduct package sales and promote services to clients. Use the management software effectively to process transactions accurately. Perform opening, closing, and ongoing operational procedures as outlined. Assist with inventory counts and supply management as needed. Develop a thorough understanding of all services, pricing, products, policies, and procedures. Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times. Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned to support team operations.Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with scheduling and point-of-sale software systems. Friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude. Reliable with a flexible schedule that accommodates part-time hours.
