Customer Service/Data processor

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Data Processor to join our growing team. This role combines customer support and data processing responsibilities, supporting our commercial fleet customers while maintaining accurate financial and account information. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy both customer interaction and analytical problem-solving. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound customer calls and written requests with a positive attitude Proactively solve issues by running reports to identify and correct problems before they occur Assist customers in identifying and evaluating fraudulent charges on their account and work with systems in place to recover funds Set up and maintain customer account information Ensure various databases are kept up to date with accurate information Support billing processes, including invoice generation and distribution Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely Assist with bank and account reconciliations Generate basic financial reports and summaries for internal use Requirements/Experience Bilingual - Spanish speaking (required) High school diploma or equivalent (GED); an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Proficient Microsoft Suite (excel, word, teams) Knowledge of Sage is a plus
