Leangelo Gibson Farmers Insurance in Arlington, Texas, is looking for a detailed and organized individual with excellent time management skills to join our team as a Full-Time in-office data entry/quoter. You will be responsible for supporting our team to ensure our office operations continue to run smoothly, conducting administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and providing support to other team members as needed. Salary Range:

$30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Requirements Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Be capable of handling customer rejection. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Must be willing to obtain licenses within 90 days. Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Return all phone messages promptly. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets. Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management. Work independently and as part of a team.
