Description We are looking for a Client Care Specialist to support law firm clients from our Austin, Texas office in a Long-term Contract position. This role serves as a trusted point of contact for client accounts, providing timely updates, clarifying complex case-related processes, and helping maintain a high standard of service. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage fast-moving priorities while working closely with internal teams and legal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary internal contact for assigned law firm accounts, representing client interests and bringing concerns to leadership when needed.
- Build a strong understanding of healthcare lien resolution procedures and explain case progress and process details to clients in a clear, concise manner.
- Manage a large volume of client status requests, delivering accurate information and thoughtful responses within expected timeframes.
- Organize and support client status meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing discussion topics, and tracking follow-up items.
- Partner with sales and other internal teams to deliver attentive, high-quality service tailored to each client's needs.
- Identify potential service issues early, communicate proactively with clients, and escalate urgent matters to senior leadership when appropriate.
- Contribute to team performance by seeking feedback, applying coaching, and strengthening day-to-day effectiveness.
- Share practical recommendations with management to improve workflows, service quality, and operational consistency.
- Assist with webinar coordination and other meeting preparation activities in support of senior client relationship team members. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in account management, client service, or a similar client-facing position.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decisions, strong follow-through, and careful attention to detail.
- Experience communicating with key stakeholders, including attorneys or other legal industry contacts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain detailed processes to audiences with varying levels of familiarity.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with colleagues in different locations.
- A solution-focused mindset with sound judgment, personal accountability, and the confidence to address challenging client situations effectively.
- Comfort reviewing information across multiple sources, verifying details, and using critical thinking to resolve questions accurately.
- A bachelor's degree and experience in lien resolution, insurance adjusting, personal injury law, mass tort matters, or a related field are preferred.
