We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive and seamless experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help maintain strong relationships with our clientele.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and handling billing questions. Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
