Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related inquiries.
Respond to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner.
Assist with problem resolution when needed.
Document all customer interactions accurately in online logs.
Transfer callers to other Call Center units as needed.
Meet individual performance and productivity standards.
Maintain required attendance and performance metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Important Schedule Requirement:
Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days.
